ES Collection USA uses the services of UPS and USPS, and orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after noon will be processed the next day. Our free shipping option will be dispatched by USPS. Note that once USPS shows an item delivered there is no insurance on that item. All product marked delivered with our free shipping option comes with no insurance. If you live in an area or an apartment building we highly suggested you select the INSURED DELIVERY option as it protects from theft and misplacement once an order is marked delivered.

In general (unless there is a holyday), your order is prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders after noon will be processed the next day. Thereafter, shipping will take on average 2 - 3 days for most destinations as we ship from Dallas, TX. Some destinations may take longer. If you need your order faster we suggest using the 3 Day Ship option. There is still no guarantee of shipment time. Canadian orders are shipped via a 3rd Party shipper and can take 10 to 14 days. Though most are delivered in 7.
